I have a 2:2 in my undergraduate degree. Can I still apply?

Applicants with a 2:2 undergraduate degree are eligible if they also possess a level 7 qualification at the point of applying.

We accept the following level 7 qualifications:

• Master's
• PGCE*
• Postgraduate Diploma
• Postgraduate Certificate
• NVQ Level 7

*this refers to the level 7 postgraduate certificate of education and does not include a professional graduate certificate of education, which is a level 6 qualification.

Please note that applicants are required to possess all necessary eligibility documentation before submitting an application and are expected to present this during the application process.

Unfortunately, we will not make any exceptions for applicants or consider mitigating circumstances where the criteria above have not been met, including when applicants have relevant work experience. This is in line with the government’s standards and comparable to other social work degree routes.
