You do not need specific experience to apply for the Frontline programme. Throughout our selection process we assess against competencies. We advise you to look at the competencies and think of examples of times you have demonstrated these competencies from your work, voluntary of life experience. This will help you better understand what we expect from applicants and can guide you to seek out experiences which might be helpful to prepare for your application: https://thefrontline.org.uk/competencies/
Taking part in voluntary or work experience placements is an effective way to develop your skills further. If you have the capacity, it is a fantastic chance to learn more about others and yourself.
