Frontline aims to operate a consistent and fair process for all applicants who apply to the Frontline programme. This means that unfortunately, we are unable to allow any applicant who has already completed the online test or video interview to have a second attempt.
We appreciate that this may be disappointing, but allowing you to retake the online test or video interview would not be fair on other applicants. This is because you will have already seen the questions, giving you an advantage over others.
If you experience technical issues while completing the online test or video interview, please let a member of the recruitment team know as soon as possible via live chat or by submitting a question ticket.
Please note applicants who only contact us after they are unsuccessful will not be able to retake the online test or video interview.
