The selection process starts with a self-selection questionnaire on our website, to help you determine if Frontline is right for you. If you wish to apply, you can then complete a competency based application form, followed by an online psychometric test.
Following this, successful applicants will be asked to complete a video interview (please note you will not speak with anyone directly, but rather answer a number of pre-recorded questions).
If successful, you will then be invited to our assessment centre where you will participate in various exercises. This will consist of a group exercise, role play, written exercise and interview. The assessment centre will give you the opportunity to experience real situations that social workers encounter on a day to day basis.
