How does the online test work?

Once you have completed your application form, we will send you an invite to complete an online test. This test will be formed of three components:

• Situational judgement 
• Verbal comprehension
• Verbal reasoning 

Upon receiving your invite for the online test, you will have 7 days to complete this. The test should take about 30 minutes to complete, but you are not timed when answering the questions. 

You will not receive the result for this test but we will use test results, along with your application form, to assess whether we will invite you to the video interview stage.
